A nurturing series of art therapy workshops designed for pregnant persons to explore creativity, connect with their journey, and foster emotional well-being. Through guided art-making and reflection, participants will celebrate the beauty of motherhood, reduce stress, and build a deeper connection with their growing baby. No art experience is needed—just an open heart and the desire to create a meaningful experience during this special time.
