The Art of Self-Care for Women is a nurturing, creative space where women are invited to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and explore self-expression through art. Guided by gentle, art-based practices, each session offers a chance to release stress, step away from daily routines, cultivate mindfulness, and care for your inner world in the warm company of others. No artistic experience is needed - just a willingness to create, renew your energy, and grow.

🍂 This fall, we’ll slow down and turn inward. This 4-part workshop series flows naturally through release → grounding → renewal → expansion, guiding you to explore what you’re ready to let go of, what sustains you, and what you wish to grow next.

Session 1 (Nov 9): The Fall – What Am I Letting Fall Away?
A gentle creative ritual and art practice to release what no longer serves you, making space for renewal. (natural materials, mixed media)

Session 2 (Nov 23): The Root – What Do I Want to Keep Deep Within Me?
Through images, textures, and color, you’ll create a personal calming collage that reflects what grounds and nourishes you. (mixed media)

Session 3 (Dec 7): The Spark – What Is Still Glowing in Me?
Using paint and pastels, you’ll explore the inner sparks of energy, hope, and creativity that still shine within—nurturing inner light and resilience.

Session 4 (Dec 21): The Harvest – What Do I Carry Forward?
Closing the series by creating your own set of self-care cards—small, beautiful reminders to support your daily well-being. (mixed media)

While the workshops are designed as a connected series, you’re welcome to join only the ones that resonate most with you. Together we’ll use a variety of materials—from natural objects to collage, paint, and mixed media—to create meaningful art that supports self-discovery and self-care.
